Ghee Kettle is used for making ghee from butter. These kettles are very useful for boiling of a large amount of ghee. Pan is fabricated from 2mm and Jacket is also fabricated from 2.0 mm thick 304 type stainless steel sheet, properly welded on all joints. Electric Heater of 12 KW will be provided. Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller controls temperature with PT-100 sensor. The unit has its exterior surface insulated with ceramic blanket, and finally covered with stainless steel sheet to prevent loss of heat.
